Reservations may only be cancelled by written notice sent by email or by telephone to DAILYTOURSIDE.COM (İdealim Tur Ticaret Ltd. Şti.) If such written notice is received before arrival date / travel start date, DAILYTOURSIDE.COM (İdealim Tur Ticaret Ltd. Şti.) will accept such cancellation in these conditions:
Cancellations must be received by telephone or email with at least 24 hours notice. A refund of the deposit will be paid to the customer minus 25%.
